You are using Windows 98 and have got a DVD drive and get the following error message when booting:
An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C143EADA in VXD CDVSD(01) + 00001CFA. This was called from 0028:C18413E8 in VXD voltrack(04)+ 00000A18. It may be possible to continue normally.
This is a problem caused by certain miniport drivers. At the moment, AGAATAPI.MPD and IDEATAPI.MPD are known as possible culprits. It helps to update the CDVSD.VXD file.

Warning: If you are using Windows 98SE :The driver AIC78U2.MPD included in Windows 98SE has the version number 3.02 4.10.2222 and the newer driver the version number3 4.10.2000. This is the reason that the assistant for the device-driver reports that the current driver is newer than the new one. So please update the driver with the option Show a list of the drivers in a certain directory to be selected and not the recommended option Look for a driver which is better than the one being currently used (recommended).
